Great for planning out your project (probably more useful next year now, but still some good stuff in there for this year!)
This is a letter which you could give out to potential project people (ie Anglicare, local council, businesses, schools) where they could nominate a project for you to do.
I would firstly start with a phone call where I would briefly explain the nature of the event (ie. Youth inspired to serve and bless their local community) and ask if they would like to think about a way that X number of young people could assist them. Let them know you will be sending them a letter with some project considerations to think about.
